Product Return – Withdrawal from the Contract

According to the Consumer Rights Act, you have the right to withdraw from a distance sales contract within 14 days without giving a reason.

How to return a product?

  1. Contact us – send an email to: info@nowakreska.com

  2. Send the product to the following address:

    02-013 Warsaw, Poland
    (with the note “ZWROT”)

Return conditions:

  • The product must not show signs of use

  • Preferably returned in its original packaging (if possible)

  • A refund will be issued within 14 days after receiving the parcel

💡 Return shipping costs are covered by the buyer

Complaints – Damaged or Incorrect Product

If you received a damaged, faulty, or incorrect item — we apologize for the inconvenience.

How to file a complaint:

Email us at: info@nowakreska.com with:

  • order number

  • description of the issue

  • photos of the damage or incorrect item (if possible)

Once your complaint is accepted, we offer:

✅ refund
✅ another form of compensation

🕒 Complaints are reviewed within 14 business days from the date of submission.
